The I.P. Retainer is a fully customisable solution that can be configured to suit a wide range of site requirements. It can incorporate multiple fencing and railing options, including timber, feather edge fencing and bespoke metal railings, allowing the retaining structure to integrate seamlessly with the surrounding boundary treatments.
In addition, the system can be combined with steps, handrails and landscaping features, supporting a coordinated and functional external environment rather than a standalone structural element.
Performance and Retaining Capability
The system is designed to retain ground levels ranging from approximately 300mm up to 1200mm, making it suitable for a broad range of residential and development scenarios. This performance range allows the I.P. Retainer to be used for modest level changes as well as more significant ground management requirements, while maintaining predictable structural behaviour and a consistent visual finish.
